Cancellation policy
When you have paid your deposit you have entered into a legally binding agreement.
Your deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. We advise you to take out your own holiday insurance for peace of mind.
The following cancellation charges will apply:-
If you cancel upto 4 weeks before your arrival 50% of the total cost will apply,
27 - 14 days before your arrival 65% of the full total cost will apply,
13 - 7 days before your arrival 80% of the full total cost will apply,
6 days or less or if you do not complete your stay with us the full cost will apply,
If we can rebook your room we will refund the difference.
